The fully furnished 2,489 sqft, two story home features a first level master suite, 4 bedrooms total with 3.5 bathrooms. The Seabrook model is situated on a lakefront lot and includes an expansive front porch that maximizes the outdoor environment providing views of green spaces and lakes that surround the community. This available home plan starts in the mid $500's. Other available Living Dunes single-family home plans range from the low 500's to low 600's.
