The fully furnished 2,489 sqft, two story home features a first level master suite, 4 bedrooms total with 3.5 bathrooms. The Seabrook model is situated on a lakefront lot and includes an expansive front porch that maximizes the outdoor environment providing views of green spaces and lakes that surround the community.
