Clubhouse & Pool Ready For Summer

The Living Dunes community clubhouse and pool have completed construction and are on schedule to open in time for summer 2019! The luxurious on-site amenities include a junior Olympic size pool, chic clubhouse, meditation lawn and gorgeous panoramic views of the neighborhood’s lakes, fountains and nature trails.

Our interior designer, Brian Hardee, was inspired by the Barclay Butera Collection by Lexington Furniture and used blue and white to bring in elements of the pool and the stark white building. The space is infused with a mix of cool and warm tones, and added texture with a modern twist in the artwork.

Community planners of Living Dunes focused a high importance on two key areas:

1.) Setting the standard on quality new construction and finishes and…

The vision was to develop a neighborhood that would foster a sense of community among it’s residents, the amenity center and clubhouse are just the start of on-site amenities planned for Living Dunes homeowners.

Amenity Center Ready for Fall In Myrtle Beach

The Living Dunes Clubhouse and Pool broke ground earlier this month and is slated for completion later this fall. The junior Olympic pool, complete with kiddie area and sun deck will be adjacent to a community clubhouse. The 1,200 SQFT clubhouse will include a service window and catering kitchen making private and community parties available for residents.

Designed for Entertaining

Adjacent to the amenity center area will be a large event lawn that will feature a semi-covered stage area with outdoor seating. The event lawn will be connected to a lakeside boardwalk with cantilevered seats over the lake.

Phase One of Amenities
